The one day in-person course covers the following essential soft skills.
The program consists of didactic lectures, video analysis, self-assessment tools, reflective questionnaires,
practical demonstrations, case-based studies and interactive discussions. The course begins with
introductions and record of intended learning outcomes in discussion with the learners to establish
learning agreements and clear expectations. We use active learning methods, effective teaching strategies,
assessment tools and feedback systems to promote student engagement and participation.
The teaching is delivered by a team of faculty and facilitators. Our face to face instruction provides the
learners the opportunity to interact, reflect and receive support for future development.
We ask the learners to take part in the assessment process to confirm their learning outcomes. The course
uses ”Retrospective pre-post test tool” for its validity, versatility and convenience with reduced response-
shift bias.
